When we met, we decided to have an adventurous life, doing things differently, living life to the full. From an impulsive marriage on a sunny beach to deciding to raise our four fantastic children in a foreign country. We love color and creativity and prefer to built and construct things ourselves, instead of buying mainstream. We love the simple pleasures in life – together as a family, we feel at our happiest when baking home-made bread at a romantic open fire.<\/p>\n

In 2019, we fell in love with Ch\u00e2teau de la Preuille. Our dream is to turn this castle in a fun, adventurous and magical place to stay for families with children while at the same time being a haven for romantics, giving respect to the story and charm of the Ch\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n

Having four children ourselves, we know what it takes to have a great experience with them (and for yourself!) Our self-made treasure hunts in the forest, our themed parties, our garden food and friends nights are still the talk of our old town. We’ve learned that smiles come from the little things and small personal gestures in life. We’d like to welcome you to the Ch\u00e2teau de la Preuille, where your comfort is paramount. Each stay memorable for our guests and for us!<\/p>\n

Most Ch\u00e2teau have a\u00a0 \u201clook but don\u2019t touch\u201d policy. That\u2019s not us – we aim to please and surprise our guests with the little things that make a big difference. Our Ch\u00e2teau is for both for families with kids and for romantic couples. Our passion is to make your stay unforgettable. Not everything needs to be planned We can improvise – it’s nice to have some surprises too! Explore the Ch\u00e2teau grounds with the kids to search for pieces of wood\u00a0 and make your own battle swords. Or how about a candlelit evening to add a touch of romance. Make a raft to sail on our moat or try wine tasting under the stars. Make your own bread on the fire or swap stories over a glass of wine from the Ch\u00e2teau. Go on a treasure hunt or build a treehouse, take a picnics and enjoy the Ch\u00e2teau grounds or plan a marriage proposal\u2026.everything is possible at Ch\u00e2teau de la Preuille.<\/p>\n
